Following an initial UX audit and Digital Marketing strategy, SOC were placed on an ongoing marketing and website development retainer. This incorporates the day to day management of marketing activity including SEO, Social and PPC campaigns as well as ongoing consultancy, ensuring an overarching strategy is being followed and goals, objectives and KPIS are being met.
Tracking software and screen recording was placed on to the website to identify which design elements were responding well and which required retesting.
On social media, we created bespoke images, memes and GIFs and these were published alongside the daily posts on social media to increase engagement rate.
